BATON ROUGE - The 59th annual Jambalaya Festival is happening this weekend in Gonzales!

Since 1968, Gonzales has been named the "Jambalaya Capital of the World."

From May 21 to May 24, you can eat all of the jambalaya your Cajun heart desires!
