PORT ALLEN — The entrance ramp from La. 1 North to I-10 East is closed because of a stalled truck.
The crash was first reported around 6:45 a.m.
A tow truck was on scene working to remove the truck from the roadway. By 7:24 a.m., the roadway was cleared.
