BATON ROUGE — FEMA's latest round of the Assistance to Firefighters Grant program includes awards for multiple Louisiana departments.

Lafayette Fire Department
Church Point Vol. Fire Department
Bossier Parish Fire District #7
St. Tammany Parish Fire District #6
St. George Fire Department
City of West Monroe
Loreauville Vol. Fire Department
Tangipahoa Parish Council

These recipients are among almost 1,400 awardees from across the country in this year's program, which is designed to improve safety and service to their communities.
