Meat market employee dead in fatal shooting along Beechwood Drive; sources say it was botched robbery
BATON ROUGE — A meat market employee died in a botched robbery-turned-fatal shooting along Beechwood Drive early Wednesday morning, sources tell WBRZ.
The East Baton Rouge Parish Coroner's Office said that they were notified of the shooting near the corner of Beechwood Drive and Sycamore Street around 5:30 a.m.
