Multiple people, including 3-year-old, shot at apartment complex in Hammond, officials say

HAMMOND — Multiple people, including a 3-year-old, were shot at an apartment complex in Hammond on Thursday, emergency officials said.

The Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff's Office said four people were shot at the Willow Villa apartments off Old Baton Rouge Highway.

Emergency officials said three people, including the child, were taken to the hospital.
