PORT ALLEN - West Baton Rouge Parish residents were notified about upcoming scheduled power outages. 

According to West Baton Rouge Parish Government, Brusly residents on Choctaw Road, Ellwood Road, Hinters Pointe Lane, Pluma Lane, Aubrey Ann Drive, Corral Alley, Country Club Road/Drive, Mill Town Road, Weldon Lane and in the area behind Brusly Golf Course will be out of power on Friday, Aug. 14, from 8 p.m. until 10 p.m. 

On Monday, Aug. 17, residents in Port Allen who live on Brittany Drive, Arlene Drive, Chatelain Drive, Metro Drive, Woodland Court, American Way, Cassandra Drive, Oak Alley, Liberty Lane and Liberty Drive will be temporarily without power from 10 p.m. to 4 a.m.
