BATON ROUGE — The Southern University Ag Center's JagFresh Farmers Market is returning to the Southern University campus for the fall season.

The market will feature nearly 30 vendors selling fresh produce, crafts, baked goods, plants and herbs, honey and local products. Healthy living information will also be provided by the 1890 Center of Excellence.

It is open to Southern University faculty, staff, students and the Baton Rouge community.

The market runs from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. outside the Southern University Smith-Brown Memorial Union on the following dates: Sept. 24, Oct. 8, Oct. 22, Nov. 5, Nov. 19 and Dec. 3.
