MINNEAPOLIS — Wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. was elevated to the Minnesota Vikings' active roster prior to their game against the New Orleans Saints, ESPN's Ian Rapoport reported.

Beckham, who was recently released by the Giants after returning for a second stint with the New York team, was signed by the Vikings on Wednesday. He initially joined the team's practice squad.

Beckham, a Louisiana native who played at LSU from 2011 to 2013, was initially drafted by the Giants in 2014, and he played for them until 2018. After this, he bounced around various teams, including stints at the Los Angeles Rams, Cleveland Browns, Baltimore Ravens and Miami Dolphins, before returning to the Giants in 2026.
